Avant le jour national australien appelé Australian Day, nous sommes allés à une des plus renommées soirées gothiques de Melbourne, Golgotha. La soirée a eu lieu à
l’Insignia. Avant cela Kay et moi sommes allés boire un verre chez Erin pour l’anniversaire à Beau. Sur place chacun à fait la rencontre de personnes sympas et a pris contact. Kay avec une fille
dont le copain est DJ, Nozomi avec une fille qui aime le shopping comme elle, et moi avec un gars de 2m de haut habillé type Renaissance qui fait des études en politiques et avec qui on a parlé
de sujets de société. L'endroit, composé de trois étages, était chaleureux: nombreux canapés et le dernier étage était dédié aux discussions de groupe ou sieste avec de nombreuses salles de repos
sans musique.

The night before the Australian Day we have been to a well-known Gothic party in Melbourne called Golgotha. The party took place in
the 3 floors bar called Insignia. Before going the Kay and me have been to Erin's house for Beau's birthday. At the Gothic party everybody met friendly people and took their contact
numbers. Kay met a girl which boyfriend was DJ, Nozomi a girl liking shopping too much, and me a 2m tall guy dressed like three centuries ago who study politics and with whom I spoke about
society subjects. The place was composed by 3 floors, one being dedicated for people wanted to discuss or rest: the chill out room.

Comme il a été dit dans le précédent article, après avoir rencontré de nombreux problèmes avec mes colocataires, tels l’empreint non autorisé
de mon véhicule juste avant un examen, des disparitions étranges dans le réfrigérateurs, etc. , ces très sympathiques colocataires ont eu la bonne idée de me donner cinq jours pour trouver un
autre endroit pour me loger.
Cherchant les différentes solutions possibles je me suis emparés de tous les canaux à ma dispositions et ai fait appel à toutes les personnes
que je connaissais. L’envoi d’un email à mon groupe de travail a eu le plus rapide impact avec la proposition de logement temporaire, deux chambres étant disponibles. J’ai donc vécu pendant deux
semaines avec Kerrin, son copain David, sa fille Mo, sa chienne Lily, son chat et ses trois poules. Ayant le choix entre les deux chambres j’ai pris celle située dans le jardin, profitant plus de
la nature et permettant à chacun de respecter son espace vital.
Pendant ce temps j’ai continué mes recherches de location et suis tombé sur une maison à louer juste sur la route en direction de l’école. Je
me suis arrêté pour prendre le numéro, ai pris rendez-vous pour l’inspection et ai soumis mon application avec une nouvelle stratégie impliquant Kerrin qui est une bonne référence en soi, étant
directrice d’hôpital et ayant vécu en Australie depuis longtemps (elle est kiwi, i.e. NZ).

As it was told in the previous article, after having trouble with my house mates, like the borrowing of my car
without permission just before an exam, strange disappearing food in the fridge, etc., these lovely house mates had the good idea to give me a delay of five days to move out and to find a new
place to live.
Searching for the availability of all the different solutions I
had I have chosen to use all the channels I could and I called for all the people I knew. An email sent to my work group get a successful response and I get the proposition of a temporary
accommodation proposing the choice between two different rooms. I then lived with Kerrin, her boyfriend David, her daughter, her dog Lily, her cat and her three chickens. Having the choice
between the two rooms I took the one in the backyard in order to have avoid that each part kept its private space as well as possible.
During these two weeks I kept looking for the rent of a house and found a house to rent on the way to go to school. I stopped to take the
phone number, made appointment to visit the house and submitted the application form to the real estate with a new strategy involving Kerrin who is a good reference, being director of an hospital
and having lived since a while in Australia (she is kiwi).

Voici, nous y arrivons; Ici s’arrête notre histoire passionnelle après six mois de pleurs, de joie et de rire. Cette séparation a été
très difficile. Nous avons passé la dernière nuit ensemble, en comptant les heures et se demander comment nous pourrions le mieux profiter des dernières heures qui nous restent. En fin de compte
nous avons gaspillé notre temps dans un repas inutile, personne n’ayant vraiment faim. Puis mon ami Kay restant avec nous, nous empêchant de profiter de ces derniers instants. Une fois parti nous
nous sommes simplement allongés sur mon lit, serrés l’un contre l’autre, en silence, et nous sommes endormis pour quelques heures avant de prendre son vol. A l’aéroport la scène était terrible:
elle pleurait tant, elle qui avait toujours le sourire, et me rendait d’autant plus triste. Le départ fut long et pénible, tel fût la journée aussi. En rentrant avec Kay et Flora nous avons tout
simplement ouvert une bouteille et fumé en silence pendant une heure. Puis il s’est décidé à rentrer et moi, épuisé, à me coucher. A ce moment je jette un coup d’œil à mon portable et m’aperçois
que j’ai reçu un message de mon colloque qui me fais savoir que je dois quitter la maison dans les cinq jours en perdant mon mois de loyer! Cela m’a rendu plus triste que furieux à vrai dire.
Tout était calculé. Je n’ai pas accepté cela et ai cherché directement à bouger où que cela ce soit dans les jours qui suivent.

Here we are now: here stops the relationship of passion after six months of tears, joy and laugh. This severance was really difficult. We
spent the last night together, counting the hours and asking ourselves how we could enjoy the most efficiently this last moment. Finally we wasted our time with a useless meal because nobody was
really hungry. Then, my friend Kay staying with us, prevented us to enjoy fully the time each other. Once he left, we just laid down on my bed, snuggled to each other, in silence, and then slept
few hours before she took her plane. At the airport the scene was terrifying: she was crying so much, she, who ever had a smile, and this lead me to be even more sad. The departure was long and
painful, so was the day too. When I came back home with Kay and Flora, we simply decide to open a bottle of spirit and to smoke in silence for an hour. Then they decide to go back their home and
me, used up, to go to bed. At this moment I check my mobile and realize that I received a message from my house mate telling me that I should leave the house in less than 5 days and that I'll
lose all the month of rent. I should confess that it made more sad than furious. Everything was planned! I didn't accept that and just decided to leave wherever as soon as possible.

Il est un de ces dimanches matin où vous vous réveiller sans vraiment comprendre ce qui se passe. Vous émergez doucement et vous vous apercevez qu’un petit bout de femme est assis à vos côté vous
lisant quelque chose que vous ne comprenez pas vraiment car égaré par le brouillard du matin et les vapeurs de la veille. Puis, intrigué, vous essayez de déchiffrer ce qu’elle est en train de
lire mais n’y arrivez pas. Laissé à l’abandon vous prenez patience et écoutez l’histoire que cette lettre écrite en langue étrange vous raconte.

bit of woman is sitting beside you, reading something that you do not really understand because of the frog of the morning and the vapour of the night before. Then, puzzled, you try to decipher

Fini le squat dans cet appart… La colloque est revenue. C’est dommage car j’ai pu apprécier la cuisine japonaise pendant deux semaines au quotidien :).
